We understand plans change. Here's our policy on refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation by borrower

Before approval

  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • No charges applied
  • After approval, more than 24 hours before pickup

  • Full refund of rental fee
  • Service fee refunded
  • Within 24 hours of pickup

  • 50% refund of rental fee
  • Service fee not refunded
  • No-show

  • No refund
  • May affect your account standing
  • Cancellation by lender

    Before pickup

  • Borrower receives full refund
  • Lender may receive a warning for repeated cancellations
  • During rental

  • Borrower receives prorated refund
  • Lender compensates for inconvenience
  • How to cancel

  • Go to My Rentals
  • Find the booking you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Booking"
  • Confirm your cancellation
  • Refund processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • May take additional time to appear on your statement
  • Original payment method is credited
  • Disputes

    If you believe you deserve a refund not covered by this policy:

  • Contact the other party first
  • If unresolved, contact support
  • We'll review and make a fair decision
