  • Promotional Spam: Sending promotional messages unrelated to legitimate rental transactions

5. Our Email Practices

BorrowMe only sends emails that:

  • Are transactional in nature (rental confirmations, reminders, receipts)
  • Relate directly to your account or active transactions
  • You have explicitly opted in to receive (newsletters, updates)
  • Comply with CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable regulations

Every Marketing Email Includes:

  • Processing of unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

  • No Refunds: No refunds for accounts terminated due to policy violations

BorrowMe reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning for severe violations that harm our community or platform integrity.

8. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received spam from a BorrowMe user or believe our platform has been used for spam purposes, please report it immediately:
